1. Take some good-quality pictures/ videos of the Nino Mondo toys you wish to return. 

2. Upload them via WeTransfer and obtain the file transfer link.

3. Send the link to guide@ninomondo.com

4. One of our team members will assess the quality of the toys and send you an estimate of the buyback value along with a shipping label.

5. Send the toys in an appropriate packaging to the return address

6. Once received we’ll assess the toys and give you the final value as Nino Mondo store credit.

Note: We can only offer to buy back toys that have a second life. If it is time to retire your Nino Mondo toys, pls consider other recycling options or donate them to charity. All Nino Mondo toys are biodegradable or recyclable. We reserve the right to amend the products we accept and the prices we offer through our buy-back service.
